MALCOLM RILEY

LEAD PASTOR

Malcolm has been working in Christian ministry since 2005. He has degrees in Biology from the University of Nottingham and in Theology from Wycliffe Hall, Oxford. He moved to London in 2013 to plan and pray towards starting a church in Central London. In Malcolm’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, visiting places around London and good coffee shops. Malcolm is also a big fan of rugby.

David Seckington

ASSOCIATE PASTOR

David, "Dave", was born and raised in London before studying French and Philosophy at Sheffield University. He enjoyed an array of career interests including teaching in South-West France, sales, working with Brazil and England football teams, and extreme sports. Dave became a Christian in 2014. He began working as a TCCL Apprentice in September 2016 before becoming a Minister in Training from 2018 onwards. He loves to see friends, walk on Wimbledon Common, keep fit and play music - particularly Ronan Keating songs on his guitar.

DAVID MORGAN

DIRECTOR OF STUDENT MINISTRY

David is our Minister to University Students, leading the university work of TCCL. This includes evangelistic work on college campuses, mentoring students in the faith, as well as recruiting and mentoring members of TCCL to do the same. He also oversees the music for our Sunday service and helps with media.

David is from Texas, USA. After spending two years in East Asia, he moved to London with his wife Natalie in early 2021. In his spare time, David enjoys running and taking his daughter, Annaliese, on fun days out.

Cultural Renewal is one of our core values. It's a desire to positively influence all aspects of London culture - from our work places and hobbies, to our relationships and everything in between.

SOCIAL JUSTICE MINISTRY LEADER

Social Justice is one of our core values. We desire to have a deep concern for and involvement with those in need. One of the ways we do this is by serving the homeless through a ministry called GrowTH. We love the ministry because it meets tangible needs while also offering opportunities for gospel conversations. Daniel leads our Social Justice ministry. Dan and Becki host a community group in East London. They love helping people dig deeper into scripture, as well as making deep connections within their group. They are also involved with a group called “GrowTH”, an outreach service organization to the homeless in our city. They are parents to their son, Freddie, and are loving life with him. They enjoy watching sport together and are big Aussie rule football fans!

Rylie is a student worker who is passionate about building Christ-centered community and experiencing the Bible as a unified story that leads to Jesus. She enjoys playing/listening to music, learning about history, and searching for the best almond croissant. She studied intercultural studies, communication, and Spanish. She is excited to work with students because she loves to help others develop a close relationship with Jesus and discover the ways in which the Lord is calling them to make His name known among the nations.

Daniel is one of the TCCL trustees. He has been attending the church since he moved to London for work in 2016. Dan is a practicing architect with an interest in sustainability and communities. One of the highlights of his week is each Friday spent looking after his son.

He is looking forward to using the gifts that God has been growing in him and representing the congregation as the church looks to grow.

TRUSTEE

Shelby is on the Trustee board of TC. She came to London for her Masters and joined TC where she ended up meeting her husband, Desmond. Shelby is originally from Massachusetts, USA but grew up traveling around the world. She currently works as an Operations Manager for an advertising agency.

OVERSEERS

REV DAVID JACKMAN

OVERSEER

David Jackman is the past President of the Proclamation Trust in London, where he served as the founder-director of the Cornhill Training Course from its inception in 1991 until 2005. He is a regular preacher at St Simon Zelotes Church in Chelsea. He produces distance learning materials and books and speaks at Bible conventions and preaching conferences in the UK and abroad. His spare time interests include historical biography, playing the piano and walking.

REV DR JOHN KIRKPATRICK

OVERSEER

John Kirkpatrick is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, where he has served since 1985 in Belfast, rural Co Antrim and most recently in the north coastal town of Portrush since 1993. He is married to Joan and has four children, three children-in-law and three grandchildren. John also coordinates the Apologetic and Biblical worldview course Reality316, runs the Introductory Apologetics track and Young Pastor’s network at the European Leadership Forum and serves as the official Race Chaplain with the Motorcycle Union of Ireland.
